Lodging:

Casa Velas
Thursday, Friday and Saturday night lodging, including taxes and fees is included. Wednesday and Sunday nights are not.

Timing:

  • Check-in at the hotel is at 3 PM on Thursday, April 4.
  • Check-in for the retreat is at 6 PM on Thursday, April 4.
  • Check-out for the hotel is at 12 PM on Sunday, April 7.
  • The retreat officially ends at 5 PM on Sunday, April 7.

My wife and I will be there a day early and will stay a day late, for what it’s worth.

Next Steps:

Book a flight to Puerta Vallarta (PVR) that allows you to safely get to the hotel by 5 PM on Thursday, April 4th and leave after 3 PM on Sunday, April 7th. We recommend flights arriving no later than 2 PM on Thursday and departing no earlier than 6PM on Sunday.

We have an action-packed schedule, filled with lots of fun, exercises, meals and bonding, and I want you there for every second. However, depending on where you’re coming from, you may have to arrive on Wednesday and/or leave on Monday.

Whatever you do, know that I appreciate the demands of your job, and understand if you must miss a few hours of the retreat. I just hope you don’t.

Once you know your flight information and when you are planning on checking in/out of the hotel, let my wife Bridget know at b_katz@att.net so we can stay on top of things. If you come early enough, maybe we can get a little extra time together before the event officially starts!

If you do come a day early or stay a day late, please email Bridget at b_katz@att.net with your desired check-in and check-out dates. While these extra nights are not included, you’ll be given the same special rate we’ve negotiated with the hotel.

If you got a double room and want to room with a friend, please email Bridget, at b_katz@att.net to request your specific roommate. Otherwise, we’ll assign you one.
